• Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the QuickLife E-Pharmacy website and mobile application operated by QuickLife Wellness Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at E4, Sector 3, First Floor, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201301

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

• Definitions

“QuickLife” refers to QuickLife Wellness Private Limited.
“Platform” includes the mobile application, website, and associated services.
“User/You” refers to any person or entity who accesses the Platform.
“Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP)” means a person with valid registration as per Indian Medical Council regulations.
“Scheduled Drugs” refers to drugs listed under Schedule H, H1, or X under the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.

• Eligibility

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

• User Account

You are required to create an account to access certain features. You agree:
- To provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- To maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- To notify QuickLife immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Medical Consultation Disclaimer

QuickLife facilitates consultation with qualified RMPs. These consultations are for informational purposes only and do not substitute for physical examination or emergency treatment.
QuickLife is not liable for the advice given by RMPs. You must seek immediate hospital care in emergencies.

• Prescription Drugs and Validity

A valid prescription is mandatory for drugs under Schedule H, H1, or X. QuickLife reserves the right to verify or reject orders based on prescription validity.

• Product Availability and Substitution

All products are subject to availability. Substitutions will be made only with user confirmation.

• Order, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are in INR inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment modes include UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and COD (if applicable).

• Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfillment

Timelines are indicative. Delays may occur due to logistics or stock availability. Users will be notified in such cases.

• Returns and Refunds

Returns are allowed only for damaged, incorrect, or expired medicines. No return on opened strips, cold-chain items, or Schedule X drugs. Refunds processed in 5–7 business days.

• Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. QuickLife complies with applicable Indian data protection laws.

• Prohibited Use

Do not use the Platform for unlawful activities, or misuse prescriptions. Hacking or tampering with the platform is prohibited.

• Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, and trademarks are owned by QuickLife or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Third-party Links

QuickLife is not responsible for third-party services, labs, or courier partners linked from the Platform.

• Disclaimer of Warranties

Platform and services are provided "as is" and without warranties. QuickLife does not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete accuracy.

• Limitation of Liability

QuickLife is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the transaction.

• Termination

QuickLife may terminate or suspend accounts for violations without notice.

• Indemnification

You agree to indemnify QuickLife for any losses, liabilities, claims, or demands arising from your use of the Platform.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City].
