This Refund & Return Policy governs the return, replacement, and refund of orders placed through the QuickLife E-Pharmacy platform (website and mobile application), operated by QuickLife Wellness Private Limited. By placing an order with QuickLife, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
- The original packaging is intact and untampered.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Schedule X drugs and narcotics (as per the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940).
- Opened strips, vials, or boxes.
- Cold chain (refrigerated) medicines such as insulin or vaccines.
- Partially used or unpacked products.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The product is not part of the non-returnable items list (e.g., personal hygiene products, sexual wellness items, baby food).
Refunds are applicable if:
- The test is canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled sample collection.
- The diagnostic partner fails to provide the service.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Missed sample collections due to patient unavailability.
- Cancellations made under 12 hours from the scheduled time.

Information Required:
- Order ID and date
- Reason for return/refund
- Photo evidence (for damaged/expired items)
- A pickup will be arranged via our logistics partner within 2–5 working days.
- The product will undergo inspection before approval of return or replacement.
- If the item fails inspection (e.g., used, tampered), no return will be processed.
- Refunds will be initiated within 3–7 working days upon successful return or cancellation.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
You may cancel your order:
- Before dispatch: Through your QuickLife account or via customer support.
- After dispatch: Only under specific conditions such as damaged or incorrect products.
QuickLife reserves the right to cancel orders if:
- Prescription is invalid.
- Delivery address is non-serviceable.
- Products are out of stock or restricted under law.
QuickLife reserves the right to refuse refunds/returns in the following cases:
- Repeated return requests from the same customer.
- Misuse of platform policies (e.g., false claims).
- Prescription misuse or violations of applicable regulations.
